New registered players receive 200 promotional Leafies. Leafies are in-site learning credits with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Gift codes are optional and may grant the benefit shown for that code; they are not required for a purchase.
新注册玩家可获得 200 个赠送 Leafies。Leafies 是没有现金价值的站内学习额度，不可提现或转让。礼品码为选填，可发放该礼品码注明的权益；购买时不要求填写礼品码。

The current cost or reward is shown before the relevant action. Progress, notebook entries, guests, streaks and leaderboard results belong to the signed-in account. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent or technically invalid credits while preserving valid purchases and learning records.
相关操作前会显示当前消耗或奖励。学习进度、笔记本、客人、连续学习和排行榜记录归属于已登录账号。对于重复、欺诈或技术错误产生的额度，我们可以更正，但会保留有效购买和学习记录。

Question reports may include the question, answer choices and an optional reason. A report helps us review the content but does not guarantee that the answer will be changed.

Prices and paid services / 价格与付费服务

Available payments are one-time purchases through PayPal or Alipay. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The product, quantity, currency and total shown immediately before checkout are the binding quote. Leafies are credited, and service orders are marked paid, only after server-side confirmation from the payment provider.
当前付费均为通过 PayPal 或支付宝完成的单次购买，不含订阅或自动续费。结账前显示的商品、数量、币种和总价构成本次订单报价。只有支付平台在服务器端确认到账后，Leafies 才会入账，服务订单才会标记为已付款。

Refill options may include 500, 1,000 or 2,000 Leafies and, where displayed, a 365-day challenge pass. Promotional prices and availability may change prospectively; an already confirmed order is not repriced.
补给选项可能包括 500、1,000 或 2,000 个 Leafies，以及页面显示时可购买的 365 天闯关通行证。优惠价格和供应情况可面向未来调整；已确认订单不会重新计价。

“Buy Anna a croissant” is an optional one-time tip. It is not a charitable donation or a food-delivery order and does not add Leafies, improve rank or unlock learning content. A display name is required, a note is optional, and both are shown publicly only with express consent. Tips may be paid through PayPal or Alipay when the method is available.

Personal-name work is a customized service based on the brief you submit. Lesson checkout reserves a requested online consultation time; it is not final confirmation of the meeting. Anna will confirm the time or coordinate an alternative through the registered email or the contact details shown on the booking page.
定制名字是根据用户提交资料制作的个性化服务。课程付款用于预留所申请的线上咨询时间，并不等于会议时间已最终确认；Anna 会通过注册邮箱或预约页展示的联系方式确认时间，或协商其他时间。

Privacy / 隐私

We process the information needed to provide and secure the website: account email, encrypted password representation, verification status, player name and avatar, session tokens, learning and game records, notebook entries, question reports, inquiries, booking details, payment status and support messages. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes, not as readable passwords. Six-digit email verification codes expire after 10 minutes. We do not store full card numbers or payment passwords.
我们处理提供和保护网站所必需的信息：账号邮箱、密码的加密表示、验证状态、玩家昵称与头像、登录令牌、学习和游戏记录、笔记本、题目报错、咨询与预约信息、支付状态及客服消息。密码以加盐密码散列保存，不保存可读明文；六位邮箱验证码 10 分钟后失效。本网站不保存完整银行卡号或支付密码。

If you choose a remembered login, the session may remain active on that browser for up to 365 days unless you log out, clear browser data, revoke access or the session is invalidated for security. Registering on an existing device links that device's valid local game identity to the new account instead of intentionally erasing its progress.
选择记住登录后，该浏览器可在最长 365 天内保持登录，除非用户退出、清除浏览器数据、撤销访问，或系统因安全原因使会话失效。在已有游戏记录的设备上注册时，会把该设备的有效游戏身份绑定到新账号，不会主动清空原有进度。

PayPal and Alipay process payment information under their own privacy terms. The configured email delivery provider receives the email address and message content needed to send verification or opted-in review emails. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.
PayPal 与支付宝依据其各自隐私规则处理支付信息。为发送验证码或用户主动订阅的复习邮件，所配置的邮件服务商会收到发送所需的邮箱地址和邮件内容。我们不出售个人信息，也不使用第三方广告追踪。

Detailed first-party learning and analytics events are kept for no longer than 180 days. Account and learning data are kept while the account is active; order, refund, inquiry and security records are kept only as long as needed for service, dispute handling and applicable legal or payment-provider requirements.
第一方学习与分析事件明细最长保存 180 天。账号与学习数据在账号有效期间保存；订单、退款、咨询和安全记录仅在提供服务、处理争议以及遵守适用法律或支付平台要求所需期限内保存。

Sunday review email is optional. Each review email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not delete game progress. You may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of consent or account closure through support@annapopstudio.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where law or a payment dispute requires it.
周日复习邮件为自愿订阅。每封邮件均提供退订入口，退订不会删除游戏进度。你可以通过 support@annapopstudio.com 申请访问、更正、复制或删除数据，撤回同意或注销账号；法律或支付争议要求保留的部分交易记录除外。

Refunds, cancellations and errors / 退款、取消与差错

Once payment is confirmed and the Leafies or pass are credited for immediate use, the purchase is normally final for change of mind, non-use or partial use. This does not limit refunds required by applicable law, PayPal, Alipay or a card issuer.
Leafies 或通行证在付款确认后会即时入账使用；因改变主意、未使用或仅部分使用提出的退款，原则上不予受理，但适用法律、PayPal、支付宝或发卡机构强制要求的退款不受此限制。

For a duplicate charge, successful payment without delivery, unauthorized payment, technical error, or service not provided as described, contact support@annapopstudio.com. We aim to acknowledge the request within two business days and review it within five business days. Approved refunds are sent through the original provider; provider processing times and exchange-rate effects may vary.
如遇重复扣款、支付成功未到账、未经授权付款、系统错误，或服务未按描述提供，请联系 support@annapopstudio.com。客服将在 2 个工作日内确认受理，并原则上在 5 个工作日内完成审核。获批退款通过原支付渠道退回；到账时间及汇率影响以支付平台规则为准。

A lesson request may be canceled for a full refund before Anna confirms the meeting time. If Anna cannot confirm the requested time or a mutually acceptable alternative, the lesson payment will be refunded. After confirmation, contact support at least 24 hours before the lesson to request one reschedule; late cancellation or non-attendance is normally not refundable, subject to mandatory rights.
在 Anna 确认会议时间前，用户可以取消课程申请并获得全额退款。如 Anna 无法确认原申请时间，也无法协商双方接受的替代时间，课程费用将退回。确认后如需改期，请至少提前 24 小时联系客服，可申请一次改期；临时取消或缺席原则上不退款，但法定权利不受影响。

A personal-name order may be canceled for a full refund before customized work begins. After work begins, it is normally not refundable because it is made to the submitted brief, except for non-delivery, material mismatch, technical error or mandatory rights. Voluntary tips are normally final except for duplicate, unauthorized or erroneous charges and mandatory provider or legal remedies.
定制名字在个性化制作开始前可取消并全额退款；开始制作后，因其按照用户资料定制，原则上不退款，但未交付、与约定明显不符、技术错误或法定退款情形除外。自愿小费原则上不退款，但重复、未经授权或错误扣款，以及法律或支付平台强制救济情形除外。

Minors / 未成年人

Purchases require confirmation by a payer aged 18 or older. A minor may use free learning features only with appropriate guardian involvement and may not make a purchase independently. A guardian may contact support about restrictions, purchase records, deletion or an unauthorized order.
购买操作须由年满 18 周岁的付款人确认。未成年人仅可在监护人适当参与下使用免费学习功能，不得自行付款。监护人可联系客服申请消费限制、查询消费、删除数据或处理未经同意的订单。

We do not use targeted advertising or language that threatens, shames or claims a character will die in order to push a purchase. Public fields should never contain phone numbers, addresses, identification numbers or other sensitive information.
我们不使用定向广告，也不会以威胁、羞辱或“角色会死亡”等表达推动购买。公开字段中请勿填写手机号、住址、证件号或其他敏感信息。
